When MOKA was founded in 1994, our main activity was the production and distribution of coffee. 11 years later, in 2005, we started producing frozen dough products, under the MOKA brand. In subsequent years, we have achieved very successful cooperation with all major distribution chains, reached the outlets in every place in our country, and started to export abroad.
At the end of 2019, we launched 2 new product lines of frozen dumplings with plums and cream filling. At the same time, we established a line for the production of the cocoa cream and completed the quality control process for all products in our production. Production takes place on the most modern equipment of renowned European manufacturers of high capacity, which allows us a production capacity of 1500 tons per month with a constant tendency to improve capacity and quality.
MOKA has established an integrated management system certified according to the requirements of international standards: ISO 9001; ISO 22000; IFS version 6.1.
